Upbeet Nutrition & Dietetics is a locally based, dietitian-led private practice providing personalised, evidence-based nutrition care across all stages of health. Founded by Accredited Practising Dietitian Rachel Fletcher, who brings over a decade of clinical experience—including as a Senior Oncology Dietitian in the public hospital system—the practice specialises in oncology/cancer care nutrition, gastrointestinal health, enteral feeding, geriatric support, palliative care, and lifestyle-focused wellbeing.
Rachel provides care for clients who are undergoing or previously completed cancer treatments such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiation therapy, and currently works with several private oncology treatment centres across NSW. Her services also include nutrition support for people with digestive concerns, post-surgical recovery, or those requiring tube feeding. For older adults or those managing chronic illness, Rachel offers practical nutrition strategies to support frailty, energy, and quality of life.
Upbeet Nutrition & Dietetics was established to bridge the gap in access to timely dietetic support, especially for those transitioning home from hospital or navigating complex health needs on their own.
